Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Install and configure internet service equipment at customer locations.\u00a0<\/li>
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain internet-related hardware and systems.\u00a0<\/li>
  • Provide customers with technical support and guide them on how to use internet equipment effectively.\u00a0<\/li>
  • Ensure proper wiring and network setup according to company standards and customers needs.\u00a0<\/li>
  • Perform quality checks after installation to verify system functionality and performance.\u00a0<\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.\u00a0<\/li>

    Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Experience:<\/strong>
      Previous experience in internet installation, telecommunications, or IT support is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates with a strong technical aptitude.<\/li>
    2. Technical Skills:<\/strong>
      Understanding of networking equipment (routers, fiber modules, switches) and internet connectivity. Ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues and perform system configurations.\u00a0<\/li>
    3. Physical Requirements:<\/strong>
      Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., equipment, tools, etc.). Comfortable working in various environments, weather climates, including residential and business settings. Must be able to climb ladders and work in confined spaces as needed.\u00a0<\/li>
    4. Customer Service Skills:<\/strong>
      Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical concepts in simple terms. Professional and friendly demeanor when addressing customer questions or concerns.<\/li>
