{"id":28,"date":"2013-05-12T03:44:51","date_gmt":"2013-05-12T03:44:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wicw.net\/?p=28"},"modified":"2018-03-29T15:34:18","modified_gmt":"2018-03-29T15:34:18","slug":"billing-policies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wicw.net\/billing-policies\/","title":{"rendered":"Billing Policies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>WIConnect Wireless Billing Policies<\/h2>\n<h2>Electronic Billing\u00a0 (Changed to Electronic Billing as of April 1, 2011)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The WIConnect Wireless Monthly Billing option includes monthly electronic invoices which are emailed to the current email address on your account.\u00a0\u00a0 Billing will be created monthly on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> of each month or the first Monday following the first of the month if the first day of the month falls on a weekend.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The invoice will be due by the 10<sup>th<\/sup> of the billing month.\u00a0\u00a0 You will receive a Statement dated the 15<sup>th<\/sup> of the month if the current month billing is not received and processed prior to the 15<sup>th<\/sup> of the month.\u00a0\u00a0 This statement will act as a reminder of the payment that was due on the 10<sup>th<\/sup> of the month as well as a notification of Disconnect as of the final day of the month.\u00a0\u00a0 If payment is not received by the end of the billing month you will receive a final disconnect notification in your next monthly billing.<\/p>\n<p>If payment is not received by the 10 of the next month your service will be disconnected and you will be responsible for any reconnection fees.\u00a0\u00a0 Any and all outstanding balances need to be paid before service will be restored (note: that includes current month balance due).<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE:\u00a0\u00a0 As of\u00a0 April 1, 2011 there will be no paper statements or invoices sent all account detail will be accessible online.\u00a0 Your Email Address will be used to communicate all Electronic Information.\u00a0 You may elect to continue to receive a paper invoice by contacting our office for details.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Auto Pay Credit Card Billing Option<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The auto pay credit card billing options requires the <strong>Auto Pay Billing Form<\/strong> to be completed and signed and kept up to date at WIConnect Wireless Offices.\u00a0 Your Credit or Debit card will be automatically processed on the first of each month for the services provided.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Billing will appear on your statement as coming from Computer Connections of WI Inc.\u00a0\u00a0 If we are unable to process your card on the first of each month we will retry processing the card on the 10 of the month.\u00a0 If this process fails your service will be automatically disconnected when the card is unable to be processed.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We will do our best to notify you by either phone or email if a payment is not accepted on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> of the month.\u00a0\u00a0 You will be able to login to our website to review your paid invoices and print them if you desire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE:\u00a0\u00a0 As of\u00a0 April 1, 2011 there will be no paper statements or invoices sent all account detail will be accessible online.\u00a0 Your Email Address will be used to communicate all Electronic Information.\u00a0 You may elect to continue to receive a paper invoice by contacting our office for details.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Prepaid Billing Option<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The WIConnect Wireless offers a Prepaid Billing option that allows you to receive service discounts for pre-paying for your services.\u00a0\u00a0 The current Prepay amounts for either 6 or 12 month prepayment options are listed on the pricing page of the WIConnect Wireless website.\u00a0 The prepaid pricing schedules that are in effect at the time of your prepayment will be tracked until the end of your prepaid payment.\u00a0 \u00a0If you cancel your service prior to the end of your prepaid period, we will prorate your service to the monthly billing amount for your service plan and refund you the remaining balance.\u00a0 \u00a0Your prepayment invoice will be generated on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> of the month for the next period and will be due by the 10 of the month.\u00a0 If you choose to change you\u2019re billing status to monthly please contact us within 10 days of receiving your Prepaid Billing Invoice.<\/p>\n<h2>Additional Information<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Reconnect Fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If your service is disconnected there will be a $30 dollar reconnection fee charged to reinstate your service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Reinstall Fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If your service is disconnected and the balance remains unpaid for more than 30 days past the disconnection date we will remove the equipment from your premise.
